We arrived May 24. So far, I quite like it here. The city itself is wonderful. The delicate balance between nature and the urban environment is very admirable, and I wish we had more of this intersection within the USA. Here, I see playgrounds for kids on almost every block, and there are walking parks every few blocks. I also see a lot more elderly people out and about within the city. That is to say, nature and fresh air seem very accessible here. I quite envy the residents.
